摘要
本文分析了人力资本参与企业产权划分的理论基础 ;阐述了现代企业的股权激励模式及其在中国适用性 ;设计了在高级人才完全竞争的市场条件下 。
The theory basis is analyzed here on the human capital participating in the division of property right. Besides, the stimulation model of property rights and its applicability in China are discussed here. The author puts forth the trial stimulation model of property rights by means of human capital in high-tech enterprises on competitive personnel market.
