天然芸苔素对平菇生长及蛋白质含量的影响

浓度为1:5000的天然芸苔素药液对平菇菌丝生长有明显促进作用,处理7d后菌落直径比对照高31.2％;而且对子实体菌盖生长有加速作用。处理子实体6d后于实体菌盖直径比对照高73.3％,但其会使菌盖蛋白质含量降低,浓度为1:5000的天然芸苔素处理后蛋白质含量比对照降低18.6％。

The solution of 1.5 percent of nature Yun Taisu diluted to 1:5 000 can obviously accelerate the growth of mycedium and caps of sporophore of Pleurotus ostreatus. After seven days, the diameter of colony in treatment is 31.2 percent larger than that in the contrast. The diameter of caps in treatment is 73.3 percent larger than that in the contrast six days later. However, the solution can reduce the content of protein, and the content of protein treated by the solution is 18.6 percent lower than the contrast.
