安徽电网新能源发电特性分析及建议

摘要 近年来,安徽省新能源发电发展迅速,风电和光伏发电在总装机容量中的占比不断升高。但风电、光伏发电受环境和气象因素影响较大,其出力具有随机性和波动性,这给电网安全稳定运行带来一定的影响。在阐述安徽电网新能源发电的发展概况后,分析了风电及光伏发电的日出力特性、出力相关性、概率分布特性、月度发电量特性等,最后针对新能源快速发展局面,给电网运行提出一些建议。 In recent years, new energy power has developed rapidly in Anhui province, the ratio of wind power and photovoltaic power generation to the total installed capacity rises steadily. However, affected by environmental and meteorological factors,the output of wind power and photovoltaic power is random and volatile what have great impacts on the safety and stability of power system. This paper introduces the development of new energy power generation in Anhui power grid, and analyzes the daily output characteristics, generation correlations, probability distribution characteristics and monthly power generation characteristics of wind power and photovoltaic power. At last, for the rapid development of new energy power, some suggestions are given for power system operation.
