摘要
纺织产业结构升级应遵循什么规律 ,如何评价结构优化的程度 ,如何实现升级等 ,一直是理论界研究的课题 .通过系统分析 ,提出了一个纺织产业结构升级的理论框架 。
What rule must to follow in the way, how to evaluate the degree structure is optimized and how to achieve upgrade are the questions for discussion in the theoretic realm. A theoretic frame of structure upgrade on textile industry by systems analysis and a reference for interrelated study are given.
