隐性课程对人格中知、情、意、行的教育具有独特的德育价值和作用,教育工作者要从物质形 态、制度形态、精神形态的隐性课程入手建设学校的隐性课程.促进青少年学生的健全人格的形成 和发展。
Hidden Curriculum has its unique effect and value in the Intelligence, Emotion, Will and Action aspects of personality formation education. Therefore. the education workers should set out to launch the hidden curriculum of school in physical appearance, system and mentality in order to facilitate the balanced development and formation of young learners' personality.
