电子商务是继国际互联网(INTERNET)之后全球性的又一大热点,自九十年代在美国、加拿大等国兴起后,它正以极其迅猛的态势席卷全球,并将改变传统的生产、经营方式,改变现有的服务和消费模式,给现有的商业形态、市场结构、流通系统、行销战略等带来历史性的、根本性的变革。本文介绍了电子商务这一新的生产力,分析了在我国影响它的发展的一些因素,希望引起有关部门的重视,促进我国电子商务的发展。
