摘要
介绍了新型自激式除尘器的结构及工作原理 ,以实验数据为基础 ,分析了液位高度、气体流速、接触室夹角等对除尘器性能指标的影响规律· 结果表明 ,除尘效率、阻力损失随气体流速和液位高度的增大而增加 ,随接触室夹角的增大而降低·研究结果对该种除尘器的合理设计和操作有指导作用·
Structure and its working principle of a new type of self-swash dust catcher were suggested and explained. Based on the experimental data, the influence of water level, gas velocity and angle of pulverization on performance index were examined to derive the quantitative formulas respectively. The results show that the removal efficiency and pressure drop increase with increasing the gas velocity and water level, decreasing the pulverization angle. It is useful for improving design and operation of the dust catcher.
