那格列奈的多晶型现象

Study on Nateglinide Polymorphism

用X射线衍射相分析法发现并确定降血糖新药那格列奈另一种新的晶型结构,我们称之为S型。给出X射线衍射图谱和相关数据,同时计算了晶粒尺寸,并用差示扫描仪测定S晶型的熔点为:172.04℃。

A new crystal structure of Nateglinide called S - out was found and determined by X - ray powder diffraction method. The pattern, data and the crystal size were given. The melting point was determined by differential scan calorimeter. The results indicated that S - form Nateglinide is different from H - form or B - form and its melting points is 172.04℃。
