摘要
市场的开放性、供求规律、调节作用、价值规律、运行方式,与成人高等教育的开放办学、资源配置、发展速度规模和结构、教学质量意识、校内管理体制改革分别存在着一致性。而“产品”是“人”、“产业”周期长见效慢、不直接产生经济效益、与上层建筑的连结,则显示了成人高等教育的特殊性。因而,跟踪市场需求、面向经济建设、多渠道办学、开放式招生、师资队伍专兼结合、内部管理的市场机制导向作用必须充分发挥。但决不能像企业一样成为市场主体,社会效益仍是最高准则。
There exists the agreement between the market economy(its openness,supply and demand regularity,regulating role,value law,operation,etc.)and adult higher education(its open schooling,resources distribution,development rate,teaching quality awareness,management system reform,etc.).However,adult higher education has its specific characteristics.Therefore,we must follow up market demands,orient our work to the needs of economic development,run schools through various channels,open student enrolment to the public,and bring into play the orientation role of market mechanism in internal management.But,adult higher education cannot be marketized like an enterprise,and its social benefit is still the highest standard.
