摘要
目的评估血清及诱导痰脂联素与哮喘炎症状态的关系。方法 42例哮喘患者按ACT评分分为控制不良组(ACT<25分,n=24)、完全控制组(ACT=25分,n=18),10例健康人作对照组,检测其血清及诱导痰上清液中脂联素、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)的浓度、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度并测量身高、体质量,计算体质量指数(BMI)。结果控制不良组血清及诱导痰脂联素、IL-13浓度、血清CRP浓度均高于完全控制组及对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),完全控制组诱导痰脂联素及血清IL-13浓度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。哮喘患者血清脂联素与血清CRP、血清IL-13正相关(r=0.51,P<0.01;r=0.84,P<0.01),诱导痰脂联素与血清CRP负相关(r=-0.52,P<0.01)。结论在哮喘中脂联素与CRP、IL-13相关,其参与了哮喘的气道及全身炎症反应,是一种新的哮喘炎症标志物。
【Objective】 To evaluate the relationship between the levels of serum and induced sputum adiponectine and the inflammation of asthma. 【Methods】 42 patients with asthma were grouped according to ACT, not well controlled asthma group(ACT〈 25, n =24) and totally controlled asthma group(ACT =25, n =18). 10 healthy individuls were as controlled group. BMI was calculated according to weight and height. Concentrations of adiponectine and IL-13 in serum and induced sputum were measured by means of ELISA.Concentrations of serum CRP was measured by means of immunoturbidimetry(ITM). 【Results】 Concentrations of adiponectine and IL-13 in serum and induced sputum and concentrations of serum CRP in not well controlled asthma group were significantly higher than those in totally controlled asthma group and controlled group(P〈0.01). Concentrations of induced sputum adiponectine and concentrations of serum IL-13 in totally controlled asthma group were significantly higher than those in controlled group(P〈0.05). Serum adiponectine was correlated to serum CRP and serum IL-13 in patients with asthma(r =0.51, P〈0.01; r =0.84, P〈0.01).Sputum adiponectine was negatively correlated to serum CRP in patients with asthma(r =-0.52, P〈0.01).【Conclusion】Adiponectine is correlated to CRP and IL-13 in patients with asthma. It involves in inflammation of asthma locally and systematically. Adiponectine may be a novel biomarker of inflammation in asthma.
