摘要 禽流感拭子样品的采集、运输和保存对禽流感病原学诊断和监测很重要。本文介绍了这方面的国际和国内标准,分析了近年来这方面研究进展,最后总结出较优的禽流感诊断和监测拭子样品采集、运输和保存方法,以期为我国禽流感病原学诊断和监测提供参考。 Collection,transportation and preservation of swab samples are important for the diagnosis and surveillance of avian infl uenza. The international and national standards and some recent researches in this fi eld were reviewed here,and the optimal methods were proposed for collection,transportation and preservation of swab samples for diagnosis and surveillance of avian infl uenza,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and surveillance of avian influenza.
