摘要
在烟气制酸过程中,吸收塔入塔酸温过低在吸收过程中会生成酸雾,影响吸收效果,降低吸收率。通过对吸收塔泵槽出口管道进行改造,使制酸系统在单台炉窑作业烟气量小、SO2浓度低等条件吸收酸温度仍可控制在正常范围,保证吸收塔有较高吸收率。
In the process of sulphuric acid making from off-gas,the acid mist will be generated in the process of absorption because of the too low absorption acid temperature,the absorptivity effect is influenced,the absorption rate is reduced. Through reforming the conduit of the absorption tower pump tank outlet,the absorption acid temperature can be controlled in the normal range when single furnace operating on low SO2and small amount of gas conditions,the absorption tower with high absorptivity can be ensured.
