摘要
煤粉水分过高不仅仅影响熟料产量,对熟料质量、熟料煤耗、电耗、工艺事故和运转率等也都有不利影响。故煤粉水分的合理控制是水泥厂增产降耗和节能减排行之有效的有力措施;对煤粉水分的合理控制,不论什么煤种均应控制在Mt·ad≤1%,最高不应超过1.5%;对于高内水的煤种如蒙煤,如要增设烘干系统,首先必须核算经济性。广州珠江水泥有限公司提高出磨废气温度的经验值得推广,但必须采取安全措施,进行精细管理,以防煤磨燃爆事故发生。
Coal powder with much higher water content will not only effect clinker output,but also bring adverse effect to clinker quality,coal consumption,power consumption,running factor and/or even process malfunctions.Reasonable control to water content in coal powder will be a useful and powerful measure for output increase.energy saving and emission reduction.Water content in coal powder,whatever the coal type will be,should be controlled within M≤1%,or no more than1.5%at maximum.For some coals containing high internal moisture like the Inner Mongolian coal,economical analysis should be done before making decision to establish the drying system.Experiences from Guangzhou Zhujiang Cenent Co.,Ltd.of rising the temperature of waste gas out of the mill should be recommended,for which safety measures must be taken,meticulous management should be carried out to prevent accidents from blasting burning within the coal mill.
