目的:为了适应医院内部经济管理模式逐渐由经验式粗放管理向科学化、精细化管理转变,切实提升财务管理效力。方法:文章将战略原理与医院财务管理实践相结合,从财务战略角度出发来分析医院提升财务管理效力的具体措施,进而促进医院整体发展。结果:根据医院财务战略分类,提出提升财务管理效力的措施。结论:研究医院经济管理者运用财务战略思维提升医院财务管理效力的问题,不仅是工作实践的有益尝试和创新,还是适应医院未来发展的必然要求,具有重要的现实指导意义。

Objective： In order to adapt to the change of hospital internal economic management mode gradually from empirical formula and extensive management to scientific and fine management, so as to improve financial management effectiveness. Methods： The strategic principle was combined with the practice of the hospital financial management. From the perspective of financial strategy, the specific measures of improving hospital financial management effectiveness was analyzed to promote the overall hospital development. Results： According to the classification of hospital financial strategy, measurement of improving financial management effectiveness was proposed. Conclusion： To analyze the problem of hospital economic manager using financial strategic thinking to improve the effect of the hospital financial management, not only is the beneficial trial of practice and innovation, but also is the inevitable requirement of adapting to the future development of the hospital, which has important practical guiding significance.
