摘要
针对我国内河港口在发展建设中普遍存在码头规模小、可供利用的岸线资源少、港口通过能力不足等问题,在分析内河港口的特点和建设原则的基础上,充分考虑内河港口岸线资源的限制以及未来较长时间内其港口规模的适应性,对内河港口的泊位建设进行研究,基于增加岸线约束的动态规划模型建立一套内河港口规模扩建的定量分析方法体系.选择杭州港进行实证分析,得出杭州港件杂货泊位未来目标年内分期扩建的具体方案.
There exist some common problems in the development and construction process of inland ports in China such as the limited wharf scale,available quay length and port handling capacity. So,based on the characteristics and construction principle of inland ports,a set of quantitative analysis method system of inland port scale expansion is built based on the dynamic programming model with quay length constraint to study berth construction of inland ports fully considering quay length constraint and port scale adaptability for a long time in future. Hangzhou Port is selected and analyzed as an example,and a specific stage expansion plan of break-bulk cargo berth is obtained in Hangzhou Port in the future planning years.
