摘要
目的探讨应用A、B、C理念及尽早正确实施基本技能在小儿院前急救中效果。方法回顾性分析本院175例小儿院前急救病例,将应用A、B、C理念及尽早正确实施基本技能培训前(2008年1月~2010年1月)75例分为甲组,将应用A、B、C理念及尽早正确实施基本技能培训后(2010年2月~2014年2月)100例分为乙组,查看当时转运到医院交接记录,统计两组成功率。回顾性采用多名医师讨论形式分析两组急救过程中是否规范存在缺陷,统计两组规范率。结果甲组75例院前急救成功67例(89%),失败8例(11%),急救过程中规范66例(88%),不规范、存在缺陷9例(12%);乙组100例中院前急救成功94例(94%),失败6例(6%),急救过程中规范95例(95%),不规范、存在缺陷5例(5%)。结论应用A、B、C理念及尽早正确实施基本技能可以提高小儿院前急救的成功率,对规范小儿院前急救有一定作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effects of applying A,B,C concepts and basic skills earlily and correctly in prehospital cares for children. Methods One hundred and seventy five pediatric pre-hospital care cases were retrospectively analyzed and divided into group A(n=75) in which concepts of A,B,C were not applied and it was before basic skills training from January 2008 to January 2010 and group B(n=100) where concepts of A,B,C and it was after basic skills training from February 2010 to February 2014.The records transferred to the hospital during that time were checked and the successful rate was calculated in both groups.Whether there were shortcomings of norms in the process of rescuing in the two groups was retrospectively analyzed in the form of discussion with several physicians and the norm rate was calculated in both groups. Results In group A,67 cases of pre-hospital cares were successful accounting for 89%,and there were 8 cases in failure accounting for 11%.The process of rescuing was standard in 66 cases and the rest was not standard accounting for 12%(9/75).In group B,94 out of 100 cases in pre-hospital cares were successful and only 6 cases in failure accounting for 94% and 6% respectively.In the process of first aid,95 cases were in norm and only 5 cases were in defect existence. Conclusion Application of A,B,C concepts and correct basic skills as soon as possible can improve the successful rate of pediatric pre-hospital cares and play certain roles in the standardization of pre-hospital care for children,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
