An Empirical Survey of the Status Quo of the Vocational Education Development with Characteristics in Ethnic Regions

摘要 对民族地区职业院校师生就民族地区职业教育特色发展的认识进行调查后发现,民族地区职业教育特色发展的地方性理解与政策体制的期待基本一致,都强调基于质量标准之上的优势特色发展。但地方性理解有待进一步深化特色的建构理念,不仅要挖掘既有的差异特色,而且要从地方性知识纳入民族地区职业教育课程等深层实践来建构形成综合的特色。 A survey which was conducted among faculties and students in vocational colleges in ethnic regions to investigate the awareness of the vocational education development with characteristics revealed that the local interpretation of the vocational education development with characteristics is mostly in accordance with the expectation of policies and institutions, and both emphasize the development with characteristics of superiority. However, the local interpretation should go further to deepen the understanding of characteristics. Not only the existing characteristics of differences should be explored, but also some in-depth practice such as including the regional knowledge to the curriculum of vocational education in ethnic regions should be done to construct the integrated characteristics.
