摘要 目的:探讨构建立体知识体系在组织胚胎学实验教学中的应用及其成果。方法:随机抽取2011级临床医学本科专业4个班,分为两组,每组两个班,作为试验组和对照组,试验组教学采用构建立体知识体系讲授法,对照组采用传统授课法,期末时对两个组的实验课及理论课学习成绩做对比,并对试验组同学进行问卷调查。结果:试验组学生的实验课成绩及理论课成绩均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:构建立体知识体系在组织胚胎学实验教学中能够改善授课内容的单一性,提高学生的积极性,不仅能够提高医学生组织胚胎学实验课和理论课的成绩,亦能使与本专业相关学科得到加强,对于医学实验教学具有较大的帮助。 Objective To explore the application effect on the construction of dimensional knowledge system in histology and embryology experimental education.Method We divided 4 clinical classes into two groups as the experimental group and the control group at random.The experimental group adopted in teaching method as construction of dimensional knowledge system,while the control group adopted in traditional teaching method.At the end of term,comparison was performed between achievement of two groups about experimental courses and theory courses.Meanwhile,all students in experimental group were questions investigated.Results The experimental group got higher score than the control group in experimental courses and theory courses,the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05) .Conclusion With the construction of dimensional knowledge system in the education of histology and embryology experiment,unicity of teaching contents was solved,learning positivity of the students was improved,histology and embryology achievement was boosted,while related subject was strengthened.It was helpful to the education of medical experiment.
