摘要
目前,职称评审工作主要采取传统的纸质手工评审方式进行,这种方式在操作和公平性方面存在诸多问题。随着计算机网络技术迅速发展,职称评审的安全性越来越受到人们的关注。本文基于椭圆曲线盲数字签名设计了一个在线网络职称评审方案,其安全性是建立在椭圆曲线离散对数问题的难解性基础上的,与传统方式相比,具有高效、公正等优点。
There are some problems in traditional professional title evaluation, such as low efficiency and unfair- ness. Recently, an effective scheme of the professional title evaluation-online has been proposed, with this scheme the efficiency and fairness can be greatly improved. However, how to guarantee the security of the evalu- ation process will be a great challenge. In this paper, an online professional title evaluation scheme based on the elliptic curve algorithm blind digital signature was proposed. The security of this program is based on the elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem; this proposed scheme realizes the safety, efficiency and fairness of the profes- sional title evaluation.
