Impaction of Total Hysterectomy on Defecate Function

摘要 目的探讨子宫切除前后排便功能的变化。方法对照分析48例子宫全切患者子宫切除前后力排相直肠前突深度、肛管位置变化、肛直角大小及骶前间隙宽度判断手术对排便功能的影响。结果子宫切除后力排时直肠前突加深,肛管位置下移,肛直角增大,骶前间隙增宽。结论子宫切除后绝大部分患者排便障碍不同程度加重。 Objective To study on the change of defecate function before and after total hysterectomy.Method 48 cases of total hysterectomy patients were included in this comparative study,to judge the impaction of the operation to defecate function through analyzing the items such as force exhaust phase rectocele deeper,DUCA,rectal angle position change size and DSR width before and after the operation.Result After the total hysterectomy operation,the force exhaust rectocele was deeper,anal canal position was lower,ARA was increased,and the DSR was wider.Conclusion Most Patients got different severity of defecation disorder after the total hysterectomy operation.
