摘要
针对GDX2型包装机组润滑油温度过高的问题,设计了一个油路润滑冷却系统,降低设备工作时的油温,提高传动机构的使用寿命,降低漏油的可能性,提高包装机的使用效率。该冷却系统独立于烟草包装机,不影响设备的整体结构,适应性好,有利于现有设备的改造工作。
For the GDX1/X2 packaging machine oil temperature problems, design a new oil cooling system, reducing oil equipment at work, improve the life of the drive mechanism, reduce the likelihood of oil spills, improve the efficiency of the packaging machine,. The cooling system is independent of the tobacco packaging machine, does not affect the overall structure of the device, with good adaptability, and help transform the device.
