摘要
目的研究中西医结合治疗慢性布病的临床疗效。方法治疗组采用中药八珍丸加减。关节肌肉痛加木瓜、威灵仙、鸡血藤,腰痛加杜仲、川断、骨碎补,畏寒加附子、肉桂,发热加柴胡、黄柏:游走性关节肌肉痛,合用脱敏关节丸。水煎服,1剂/d,分2次口服。同时口服西药多西环素片、利福喷丁胶囊。对照组采用纯西医疗法治疗,口服多西环素片、利福喷丁胶囊、左氧氟沙星片。两组均20d一疗程,间隔3~5d,连服3个疗程以上。结果治疗组共治疗慢性布病患者81例,治愈54例,治愈率为66.67%;有效75例,总有效率为92.59%。对照组共治疗慢性布病患者80例,治愈17例,治愈率为21.25%;有效69例,总有效率为86.25%。两组治愈率比较有非常统计学意义(P〈0.01),总有效率比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论本研究采用中西医结合疗法治疗慢性布病,治愈率显著高于纯西医疗法,对解决慢性布病治疗的难题,提高慢性布病患者的临床疗效,有一定的实用推广价值。
Objective To research clinical effect of TCM-WM therapy of brucellosis at chronic stage. Methods The treatment group use traditional Chinese medicine of bazhen pills modified. Joint and muscle pain, add papaya, clematis and millettla. Lumbago, add eucommia, dipsacus and drynaria. Chills, add aconite and cinnamon. Fever, add bupleurum and cortex phellodendri. Migratory joint and muscle pain, combined with desensitization joint pills. Take decocted with water. 1 pair everyday, by oral 2 times. At the same time, oral doxycycline tablets and Rifapentine capsules. The control group was treated with Western Medicine and the group take doxycycline tablets and rifapentine capsules and Levofloxacin tablets, two groups were 20 days a course, 3 courses of treatment continuous and at a middle interval of 3-5 days. Results The treatment group treat 81 cases of brucellosis at chronic stage. 54 cases have been cured in total, the cure rate was 66.67%.and 75 cases were effective, and total effective rate was 92.59%. The control group treat 80 cases of brucellosis at chronic stage.17cases have been cured, the cure rate was 21.25%.and 69 cases were effective, and total effective rate was 86.25%. two groups are compared, The cure rate have a very significant difference (P〈0.01), effective rate of two groups have no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion The cure rate of TCM-WM therapy adopted in the study is better than pure western medicine therapy. It is worth popularizing to solve the problem of chronic brucellosis and improve clinical efficacy in patients with chronic brucellosis.
