摘要
以锂基润滑脂为基础脂,导电炭黑为填料,经分散、研磨等工艺制备了含导电炭黑的润滑脂,并对其进行了电导率、滴点、锥入度以及摩擦学性能的测试。试验结果表明,润滑脂中添加导电炭黑的含量和种类对含炭黑润滑脂的导电性、抗磨减摩性以及理化性能有很大影响。其中含5%的HD-2类炭黑的润滑脂具有最佳的综合性能,其电导率为374μs/cm,平均摩擦系数为0.087。长时间暴露在实验室环境中,导电膏导电性能没有太大的改变,但老化现象依旧明显,其表现在热安定性及摩擦学性能方面的变化,导电膏A3滴点由227.7℃下降到207℃,B3滴点由301.6℃下降到260℃,摩擦系数也出现较大波动。
The carbon black was used as conductive additive in lithium base grease through dispersing, grinding and other processes. And the conductivity, drop point, penetration, tribologicai properties of this grease was tested. The results show that the content and type of carbon black has a great impact on the conductive, wear resistance and friction reduction, physical and chemical properties of grease. The grease containing 5% of HD-2 carbon black has the best performance, whose conductivity is 374μs/cm, average friction coefficient is 0. 087. When the grease was prolonged exposed in laboratory environu^nt for a long time, the conductivity of conductive paste had not fluctuated seriously, but its aging was still evident, which reflected in the changes of thermal stability and tribological properties; the drop point of A3 decreased from 227.7 ℃ to 207 ℃ and the drop point of B3 decreased from 301.6 ℃ to 260 ℃ ; the average friction coefficient fluctuated violently as well.
