盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效及对患者肺功能与免疫功能的影响

Effect of ambroxol hydrochloride on pulmonary function and immune function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效及对患者肺功能与免疫功能的影响。方法:慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者160例分成对照组和观察组,两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组患者联合信必可都保吸入治疗,观察组患者则联合盐酸氨溴索静脉滴注治疗。结果:治疗后两组pH与动脉血氧分压(PaO2)水平上升、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)水平下降,观察组变化幅度更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气峰流速值(PEF)均上升,观察组变化幅度更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组CD3与CD4上升、CD8下降,观察组变化幅度更大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照(81.25%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗期间两组均未见明显的不良反应。结论:常规治疗的基础上联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效可靠,能显著改善患者的肺功能、提高患者的免疫功能,临床应用价值显著。

Objective： To study on the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride on pulmonary function and immune function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method： A total of 160 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into the observation group and the control group. The two groups were given conventional treatment. Patients in control group were treated with Symbieort Turbuhaler inhalation therapy, and patients in observation group with ambroxol intravenous injection treatment. Results=After treatment, pH and PaO2 levels in two groups were increased, PaCO2 levels were decreased. There were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.01）. After treatment, FVC, FEV1, PEF, CD3 and CD4 in two groups were increased. There were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.01）. The total efficiency of the observation group was 95%, significantly higher than 81.25% in the control group （P〈0.01）. During the treatment, the two groups had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion：Conventional treatment combined with ambroxol hydrochloride can significantly improve lung function and the immune function of patients with patients.
