高马赫航空遥感器光学窗口的光机热分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了获得航空光学遥感器高质量成像,分析了高马赫飞行下温度和压力对光学窗口光学性能的影响。首先利用有限元分析软件计算出窗口玻璃在指定温度场或压力场和边界条件作用下的变形量;然后根据得到的窗口玻璃表面节点的位移变化,再以Zernike多项式为接口拟合镜面变形,将计算出的Zernike拟合系数带入光学分析软件ZEMAX中进行分析;最后结合某光学系统对比分析了温度场和压力场作用下的光学系统传递函数图。通过对比结果分析可知,高马赫飞行时,窗口玻璃上产生的温度场对光学系统的传递函数的影响比窗口上的压力场大得多。结果表明,高马赫飞行中,窗口玻璃的设计应更多程度的考虑温度影响。此分析可为高马赫工况下光学窗口的设计提供一定参考。 In order to obtain high quality image of the aero optical remote sensor, on the condition of high Maher the influence of temperature and pressure to the optical properties of the optical window is analyzed in this paper. Firstly, the deformation of window glass at a specified temperature field and pressure field and boundary conditions is calculated by the finite element analysis software. Then according to the displacement changes of window glass surface nodes,the surface deformation is fitted in Zernike polynomial as the interface,the calculated Zernike fitting coefficients will brought in and analyzed by Zemax Optical Software. At last the transfer function diagrams of the optical system on temperature field and stress field are comparatively analyzed. By comparing and analyzing the result,it can be obtained that in high Maher flight the effect of temperature field on the window glass of the transfer function is much larger than that of the pressure field on the window, so the the effect of temperature will be considered more in the design course of optical window.These analyses may provide some reference for the design of optical window under the condition of high Maher.
