目前,广西结构性警力不足的问题十分突出。警力的科学配置是公安队伍建设的基本条件,在公安队伍建设中,教育训练工作居于先导性、基础性和战略性地位。公安院校是专门行使公安教育训练职能的主阵地,加强广西公安院校的建设,提升广西公安教育的层次和水平,是破解广西结构性警力不足困局,确保广西公安队伍高素质警力稳定来源的根本性举措。而提升广西公安教育的层次和水平,需要得到全社会的支持和帮助。

At present Guangxi is seriously facing a structural shortage of police force. The author points out scientific disposition of the police force is the basic condition for its development. In the developing process, education and trainin~ stand in the basic guiding and strategic position. It is known that police colleges play main role in the exercise of public security ed^ucation and training.-Strengthening the development of police colleges and enhancing the level of police education are believed to be the basic measures to solve structural shortage of police force and ensure high quality and stable police team in Guangxi. In addition, to improve the level of Guangxi police education, sunnort and assistance of the whole society are needed.
