摘要
对热挤塑乙烯高强钢丝拉索张拉施工技术进行了研究。介绍了该施工技术在山西体育中心体育馆工程中的应用,包括对拉索材料、锚具材料及张拉设备的规格型号及技术指标要求,拉索制作的总体流程、生产的关键点,放索的装置、步骤、方法和注意事项,索的提升、牵引要点,拉索张拉的力度分级、原则及程序、张拉控制原则等。得出使用该施工技术能够达到大跨度的要求、满足体育场馆大空间的需求。
The hot extruded ethylene high-strength wire cable tensioning construction was researched. The application of this technology in the construction of Shanxi Sports Center Gymnasium project was introduced, including requirements specifications and technical indicators of the anchorage and cable material, the flow and key points of cable production, cable laying device, steps, methods and precautions, cable lifting and traction points, cable tensile strength, classification, principle and procedure principle, and so on. The construction technology can meet the requirements of large span and large space.
