摘要
本文从积极心理学的角度探讨高校图书馆馆员的工作投入情况,采用问卷法对296名高校图书馆馆员进行了调查和统计分析。结果表明:高校图书馆馆员工作投入在性别、年龄、教育程度等方面存在显著差异,工作投入的不同维度受人口学变量的影响各异。
From the point of positive psychology, this paper discusses the condition of the university librarians' job engagement. It makes an investigation and statistic analysis on 296 university librarians by questionnaire method. The results show that there are significant differences in sex, age, education level and the different aspects of work engagement effected by demography variable are respectively diffecent.
