摘要
回收熔铝炉排烟热量加热助燃风可以提高熔铝炉热效率。为了深入研究提高助燃风温度对熔铝炉燃烧的影响,首先通过对天然气理论燃烧温度、火焰长度、烧嘴燃烧能力等方面进行理论计算分析,得到不同助燃风温度对熔铝炉燃烧特性的影响变化趋势。然后根据助燃风压力对烧嘴燃烧能力的影响,分析并得到不同助燃风下满足烧嘴燃烧能力的最优助燃风压力。最后通过具体实例分析证明:在不改变烧嘴的前提下,回收熔铝炉烟气余热可以提高助燃风温度,还可以提高熔铝炉热效率及熔铝速度。
Recycling aluminum melting furnace exhaust heat to heat the combustion air can increase the thermal efficiency. For deeply researching the influence by improving combustion air temperature to combustion characteristics of aluminum melting furnace,this article firstly theoretical calculated and analyzed the theoretical combustion temperature of natural gas,the length of burner flame and the capacity of burner. We can get the trend which is how the different combustion air temperature influence the aluminum melting furnace combustion characteristics. And then according to the influence of combustion air pressure on the ability of the burner,analyze and get the most optimal combustion air pressure which can adapt the changeable burner capacity. Finally,on the premise of not changing burners,it is proved by specific case that recycling waste heat of aluminum melting furnace flue gas can preheating the combustion air temperature and get higher thermal efficiency and speed of melting aluminum.
