摘要
介绍了风电功率预测的背景,对风电功率预测进行了理论分析,分析了BP神经网络的原理及基于BP神经网络的风电功率预测流程和预测结果误差的评价指标。以Matlab软件的神经网络工具箱为仿真平台,搭建BP神经网络,进行了功率预测仿真,预测结果均方根误差分别为6.97%、200.59%。两组仿真对比结果表明,基于BP神经网络的风电功率预测在短期预测中是可行的.
The wind power prediction that based on the BP neural network was studied. The BP neural network is analyged. The process and error evaluation index of the wind power prediction are also included. Based on the neural network toolbox of Matlab simulation platform, BP neural network is set up and three groups of day-ahead power prediction simulation is operated. The root mean squared errors of the prediction are 6.97% and 200.59%. By the comparison of the two groups simulation results shows that wind power prediction that based on BP neural network in short-term prediction is feasible.
