高速涡轮钻井技术在塔里木克深气田中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 塔里木克深气田天然气资源丰富,储量超过2 000×108m3,主要目的层巴什基奇克组埋深约7 000m,岩性致密,研磨性强,可钻性极差,采用常规钻井技术机械钻速低。为了有效提高深层机械钻速,在KS2-1-14井试验涡轮钻井技术,优选出高速涡轮钻具配合耐磨性强的孕镶金刚石钻头钻进,进尺和机械钻速均得到极大提高,有效缩短了钻井周期,为该地区的钻井提速提供了新思路。 The Keshen Gas Field in Tarim Basin has rich natural gas resource and the proved reserves are more than 200 billion cubic meters. The main Bashijiqike group formation buried more than 7000 m,the geological conditions are quite complicated such as high density lithology,strong abrasive property and low drillability,the ROP is low by using normal drilling technology. In order to improve the ROP,the turbodrilling technology was applied in Well KS2-1-14. The features of turbodrilling technology were presented,and the high speed turbine drilling tool suited for Well KS2-1-14 was optimized. Combining with impregnated diamond bit with strong abrasive resistance,the drilling footage and ROP were improved greatly and the drilling period was shortened.
