摘要
边缘教师是美国教师队伍中的特殊群体,直接关系到美国基础教育质量底线。对边缘教师督导使管理者陷入督导的两难境地:帮助边缘教师改进教学的同时还要兼顾其被解聘的可能。管理者必须运用区别于优秀教师的督导方案,对边缘教师督导特殊性和改进方案进行系统剖析。
Marginal teacher is a special group among American teachers,who directly related to the bottom quality on basic education. The supervision to the marginal teacher makes managers under the dilemma which is including improving their teaching and the last dismissal ,managers must use different supervision program from excellent teachers. We should provide the reference for our country ’s education supervision reform through the particular supervision analysis of the marginal teacher and improved schemes.
