摘要
目的:探讨特需患者应用两种病员裤的效果。方法:抽取2011年1月～2012年12月住院患者中60例特需患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为改良组和对照组,改良组穿多细带护理裤,对照组穿传统病员裤。比较两组患者对护理效果的满意度及方便性。结果:改良组患者对护理效果的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),医护人员对多细带护理裤方便的评价高于传统病员裤(P<0.05)。结论:自制多细带护理裤提高了特需患者的生活质量,增加了患者的满意度,改善了护患关系。
To observe the application effect of multiple thin strip of nursing pants in clinical nursing. Methods：Selected 60 cases of special pa-tients and randomly divided into improvement group and control group. The improvement group used the multiple thin strip of nursing pants,while the control group were dressed in traditional patient pants. Results：The satisfaction of the improvement group with nursing effect was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Evaluation of the medical staff on the nursing trousers is higher than the traditional patient trousers,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：The multiple thin strip of nursing pants improved the special quality of life of patients,in-creased the satisfaction of patients,and improved the nurse patient relationship.
