高中教师劳动时间的性别差异研究——以四川省绵阳市第X中学为个案

Research on the Gender Difference of Working Hour among High School Teachers:Taking X School in Mianyang of Sichuan Province as an Example

通过调查研究发现,在中学教师队伍中,女性教师工作时间比男性教师工作时间略长。为解决这一问题,需要教育部门、学校、教师都做出相应的努力。

This paper reports an empirical study on the gender difference of working hour among high school teachers and finds that female teacher＇s working hour is slightly longer than man teacher＇s in high school. It requires the corresponding efforts from the department of education, the school and the teacher to solve this problem.
