摘要
为取得可靠的金相分析结果,在改进图像预处理技术的基础上,结合数学形态学方法对金相图像进行处理,从而保证金相图像的客观性。由于金相组织内部会出现小晶体颗粒以及杂质颗粒,在分析过程中增加小颗粒剔除步骤来保证金相图像的纯净度。利用Matlab开发工具实现特征参数的测量,测量过程快速简洁,测量结果准确度高。
In order to obtain reliable metallographic analysis results, the metallographic image was processed based on the improved image pre-processing technology together with the methods of mathematical morphology to ensure the objectivity of metallographic image. Because small Crystal particles and impurities will appear in the metallographic microstructure,small particles removed step was increased during the analysis process to guarantee the purity of metallographic image.Using Matlab development tools to implement the feature parameters measurement, the measurement process is fast and concise, high accuracy measurement results can be obtained.
