中医养生理论对脑卒中恢复期患者康复效果的研究

Study for effect of rehabilitation for patients with stroke by traditional Chinese medicine regime theory

目的观察依据中医养生理论制订的护理措施对改善脑卒中恢复期患者的康复效果。方法选取100例符合入选标准的脑卒中患者,采取前后对照的方法。在常规康复护理的基础上采用中医养生理论制订的护理措施(叩齿法、咽唾法、按摩、八段锦等)。分别在入组时、3个月末、6个月末时采用MRS、NIHSS量表及改良Barthel指数评价患者神经受损功能及日常生活活动能力。结果3个月末时患者MRS、NIHSS量表及改良Barthel指数评分均有明显改善,分别为(50.12±5.21)分、(7.64±0.69)分、(4.33±0.78)分,(P<0.05)。6个月末时,各活动能力仍持续改善,分别为(81.43±8.87)分、(5.85±0.59)分、(3.18±0.17)分(P<0.05)。结论采用中医养生康复理论进行护理能有效改善恢复期脑卒中患者肢体运动功能,提高康复效果。

Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation for patients with stroke by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)regime theory.Method100 patients with stroke patients was selected based on selecting standard.Conventional rehabilitation nursing measures based on TCM theory developed(such as knocking teeth Act,swallow saliva method,massage,Ba Duan Jin,etc.)was adopted and compared before and after the nursing measures).The nerve damage function and activities of daily living among patients was evaluated in the time of enrollment,the end of third month and sixth month by MRS,NIHSS scale and modified Barthel index respectively.Result At the end of3 months,the MRS,NIHSS and modified Barthel index scores among patients were significantly improved.It was(50.12±5.21)、(7.64±0.69)、(4.33 ± 0.78)respectively.(P<0.05).At the end of 6months,each activity continues to improve.It was(81.43±8.87)、(5.85±0.59)、(3.18±0.17)respecyively(P<0.05).Conclusion The TCM theory of rehabilitation nursing can improve the recovery of extremity motor function fpr patients with stroke,and improve the effect of recovery.
