Technology Analysis on Testing of Telecontrol Function in Intelligent Substation

依据智能变电站一体化监控系统功能规范,梳理了主厂站之间的信息交互,系统地介绍了智能变电站远动功能,含传统的"四遥"功能、继电保护故障信息处理功能、实现"告警直传、远程浏览"功能等。结合智能变电站远动功能特点提出了详细的远动功能测试技术解决方案,其中包括测试装备的技术要点及各测试系统的技术方法。通过对智能变电站远动功能测试技术进行分析,可以规范主厂站之间信息交互,及时发现入网设备的不足,从而更好地支撑调控一体化运行。

According to the standard of intelligent substation integrated supervisory ＆ control system function, combing the information flow interaction between EMS and substation.In this paper,telecontrol function in the intelligent substation is analyzed systematically,including traditional telecontrol function,relay protection information processing function,the realization of ＂warning send straightly,remote browsing＂ function then testing technology of telecontrol function in the intelligent substation is analyzed in-depth,including the tech-niques of test equipment,scheme of the testing technique.Through the analysis of the research on testing technology of telecontrol function in the intelligent substation,in order to standardize the telecontrol function, detects the problems in power equipment,and support integrated dispatch and control operation so as to better.
