摘要
通过浸渍法制备了贵金属Ru/C催化剂,共沉淀法制备了Cu-Cr2O3催化剂;比较了贵金属Ru/C和非贵金属Cu-Cr2O3催化剂的二氟乙酸甲酯选择性加氢性能。结果表明,贵金属Ru/C催化剂的二氟乙酸甲酯加氢活性低于Cu-Cr2O3催化剂;而Ru/C催化剂的二氟乙醇选择性明显高于Cu-Cr2O3催化剂,前者为93%,后者为70%左右;贵金属Ru/C催化剂具有较高的二氟乙酸甲酯加氢反应稳定性。对于非贵金属Cu-Cr2O3催化剂,关键是如何提高催化剂选择性,以替代昂贵的贵金属催化剂。
Noble metal Ru/C catalysts were prepared by an impregnation method and Cu-Cr2O3 catalysts were prepared by a co-precipitation method. Their catalytic properties were compared through methyl difluoroacetate selective hydrogenation to difluoroethanol. It was found that the hydrogenation activity over Ru/C catalysts were lower than that over Cu-Cr2O3 catalysts.However, the difluoroethanol selectivity over Ru/C catalysts was much higher than that over Cu-Cr2O3 catalysts. The former was 93%,the latter was about 70%. The stability of methyl difluoroacetate hydrogenation over Ru/C catalysts was higher. It was important to improve the selectivity over Cu-Cr2O3 catalysts to substitute Ru/C catalysts.
