摘要
硫黄回收是天然气处理工艺中将脱硫单元附属生成的酸气回收制成硫黄的单元,装置设备中介质H2S含量高、温度高,需在设备内部设置耐火衬里。以国外某重点工程中硫黄回收装置的再热炉、尾气焚烧炉耐火衬里耐压/抗折强度过低产生失效为例,通过目测、回弹仪测试、力学试验测试、试验模型等试验对比和理论分析,提出了耐火衬里在设计、施工中应注意的问题,对今后工程中耐火衬里材料的选型、施工有一定的参考意义。
In natural gas treatment, sulfur recovery unit can recover H2 S gas generated in sulfur removal unit and make it form sulfur. Sulfur recovery unit has such characteristics as high H2 S content and high temperature and it is necessary to set refractory lining inside the unit. In certain key overseas project of PetroChina, it is found that refractory lining of reheating furnace and tail gas incinerator in sulfur recovery unit has too low compressive/rupture strength at normal temperature. Through visual inspection, rebound hammer test, mechanics test, model test and theoretical analysis, considerations are proposed in design and construction of heavy casting materials, which has certain guiding significance for refractory lining material selection in future.
