摘要
为了降低肉鸡养殖污水中总磷含量,本文利用湿法制备了一种纳米尺寸的羟基磷灰石,并应用其替代了原有饲料中的添加剂—磷酸氢钙。实验中分别对该材料进行了X射线衍射、透射电镜和能谱测试。测试结果显示,制备的该类材料为纳米尺寸的羟基磷灰石。此外,本工作通过对肉鸡喂养含有两种添加剂的饲料的饲养结果及排泄物总磷含量进行测试,实验结果表明:应用含有纳米羟基磷灰石的饲料饲养肉鸡可以保证肉鸡的正常生长及按期出栏,同时大大降低了排泄物中总磷的含量。通过上述实验结果说明应用纳米尺寸的羟基磷灰石替代饲料中原有的添加剂磷酸氢钙后,可以减轻肉鸡养殖排泄物对水体的污染。
In order to reduce content of the total phosphorus in poultry breeding wastewater, hydroxyapatite nanoparticles were prepared by a wet method, and were applied to replace the original additives--calcium hydrogen phosphate in feeds. These hydroxyapatite materials were characterized by X--ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope and power spectrum. The experiment results indicated that these materials were nanoscale hydroxyapatite. Furthermore, the breeding results and the total phosphorus contents in excretes of chickens feeding with two kinds of feed were analyzed and compared. The analyzed results indicated that the chickens feeding with feed-- nanometer hydroxyapatite could ensure the normal growth and are on schedule, and the content of total phosphorus in these excretes were greatly reduced. The experiment results mentioned above showed that nanoscale hydroxyapatite could not only replace the calcium hydrophosphate adding into feed, but also relieve pollution of aquaculture waste for water environment.
