摘要
为研究220 kV输电线路易发生雷电跳闸事故的原因及其综合防治措施,通过对输电线路仿真建模,利用ATP-EMTP仿真计算输电线路的反击跳闸率,利用基于EMG电气几何模型开发的C++程序计算输电线路的绕击跳闸率,以唐山地区某220 kV输电线路为例,对输电线路各基杆塔进行雷击闪络风险评估及防雷风险等级划分,确定了输电线路9个易闪点杆塔;且针对雷击风险较高的杆塔,进行原因分析,因地制宜提出了具有针对性的各基杆塔防雷改造措施。结果表明,差异化防雷对提高输电线路耐雷水平作用显著,所开发软件可提高仿真计算速率。
For the study of reasons of 220 kV transmission line lightning tripping accident and its measures for the prevention and control,through the simulation modeling for transmission lines,the ATP-EMTP to calculate the transmission line counterattack trip rate,and flashover rate by an application developed by C++ based on electrical geometric model is used.Took a 220 kV transmission line in Tangshan region for an example,the risk assessment of transmission line tower lightning flashover and the division of lightning risk hierarchy are,determine the nine transmission line tower point that is easy to flash,and does analysis for the higher risk lightning tower,provides the targeted lightning protection measures of each tower.The differentiation of lightning protection can make a great difference of the transmission line lightning withstand level,and the developed software can also improve the simulate calculation rate.
