Orem自护理论消除帕金森退化反应的应用前景

The Prospect of Orem Self-care Theory to Delay the Degradation Reaction of Parkinson's Disease

由于帕金森的发病率逐年上升,并对患者生理、心理、社会等方面造成影响,本文对国内外Orem自护理论消除退化反应的相关文献以及在帕金森疾病中的应用前景进行报道。使用检索电子数据库以及查阅期刊文献。结果发现随着疾病的进展,帕金森会诱发机体一系列的退化反应,这严重影响了患者的生理、心理以及生活质量。大量文献报道了Orem自护理论在消除高血压、糖尿病等慢性疾病退化反应中的应用,但很少文献提及Orem自护理论在消除帕金森退化反应中的应用。笔者认为Orem自护理论有望在消除帕金森退化反应中应用。

It has showed an upward trend year by year that the Parkinson＆#39;s disease lead to function impairment and the function impairment plays an important role in patients .In this study we reviewed the Orem self-care theory ,degradation reaction and their relationship of the patient to Parkinson＆#39;s disease at home and abroad .This article searched electronic databases and consult journal literature .The Parkinson＆#39;s disease resulted in different degrees of degradation reaction , which affected people＆#39;s physiology ,psychosocial adaptation and quality of life .It is found that the Orem self-care theory has been used to delay the degradation reaction of hypertension and diabetes . However ,it is seldom reported that the Orem self-care theory would has been applied to delay the degradation reaction of Parkinson＆#39;s disease .It is expected that the Orem self-care theory would be used to delay the degradation reaction of Parkinson＆#39;s disease .
