摘要
分析某设备的手柄结构特征,通过CAE模拟树脂和气体填充成型过程,确定塑料熔体和气体的最佳切换时间,以及控制塑料熔体的气体注入量和气压大小,确保产品的品质,生产的塑件精度高,产品完全达到客户要求,设计方法可对同类形状塑件具有一定的参考价值。
This paper analyzes the structure characteristics of a device handle,from gas fil ed molding process,determines the optimal switching time of plastic melt and gas and controls the plastic gas injection volume and pressure to ensure the quality of the products and the precision of plastic parts,The products ful y meet customer requirements and the design method has a certain reference value for plastic parts of similar shape.
