摘要
针对高速公路隧道车辆通行的特点,对隧道部分拥堵预警的重要性进行了探讨,分析了隧道拥堵的内在联系和实际变化过程,提出了利用隧道进出口车流量进行隧道交通流量预警的算法.该文通过智能卡口对隧道进口和出口的车流量进行统计,提出隧道交通流量预警算法,算法中利用平移常数对隧道拥堵状况进行实时监控,通过观察拥堵指数即可知道隧道内的路面通行状况.在高速公路中对该算法进行性能测试和分析,表明所给出的方法对高速公路隧道的交通流量预警是有效的,该算法应用于高速公路交通管理将有效提高高速公路特别是隧道地区的交通安全水平.
According to the characteristic of freeway tunnel traffic, the importance of the tunnel section congestion warning was discussed, the relation between tunnel internal relations and actual change processes was analyzed, the warning tunnel congestion algorithm based on the tunnel entrance traffic flow was proposed. By the smart card port on the inlet and outlet of the tunnel traffic statistics, an algorithm of tunnel traffic was derived. The Algorithm implement real-time monitoring of tunnel congestion by shifting constant, by observing the congestion index we can know the tunnel road traffic conditions. In the freeway for testing and analysing of the algorithm, the experimental data show that, the presented method of freeway congestion warning is effective. The algorithm is applied to freeway traffic management will effectively improve the traffic safety level of freeway especially the tunnel area.
