摘要
为了实现空间有效载荷的全覆盖测试,建立了新型的集成式高时标精度星务仿真系统。较之传统的分立式地面测试设备,该系统最大的特点是其高精度的时间同步性。测试系统内部控制计算机与采集板卡时间统一,测试系统与被测设备时间统一,时间精度为1μs;测试用例按照严格的时序执行,时序控制精度为最大5 ms,系统内各接口收发的数据均与μs级时戳打包存储,保证全测试过程在时间上严格受控,进而为故障定位、问题排查提供全面的数据支持。
In order to realize full coverage test of space payload, a new housekeeping simulation system is established. Compared with the traditional discrete ground test equipment, this system has high accuracy time synchronization. In the test system, the control computer and data acquisition cards work in unified time, test system and tested equipment also work in unified time, time accuracy is 1μs. test cases run according to strict timing, timing control accuracy is 5 ms at most' test data is saved with accuracy microsecond level' s time' these measurements ensure the precise control associated with the whole testing process, provide comprehensive data support for fault location.
