摘要
西湖调蓄水库是调节南水北调中线和引黄来水的平原水库,地基主要为第四系全新统壤土、砂壤土、粉细砂,其中粉细砂、砂壤土的渗透系数较大,库区存在多条古河道,坝基部位有可能产生渗漏、渗透变形等问题。库区地震基本烈度为7°,经判别水库蓄水后,砂壤土、粉细砂层存在地震液化问题,必须采取适当处理措施才能保证安全蓄水。
Xihu Reservoir is plain reservoir whose action is regulating the water from middle route of South-to-North water transfer project and Huang River water transfer. It's groundsill is loam,sandy loam,silty sand & fine sand in quaternary deposit holocene, among them, the permeability of silty sand & fine sand, sandy loam is upper, and old channels are exist. The dam foundation is likely to produce geologic problem on leakage, seepage failure etc. The earthquake seismic is seven degree there. By distinguish, the sandy loam and silty sand have earthquake liquefaction potential after water impoundment in the reservoir. We must adopt proper dispose measure in order to ensure the safety of water impoundment.
