摘要
定子作为电机的重要组成部件已有多年的生产历史,电机的生产效率和质量与定子的焊接密切相关。本文分析了传统的定子焊接固定方法的不足,为了提高生产效率和硅钢片的导磁率,设计了一台电机定子自动化焊接装置及其焊接工艺。
Stator as an important component of motor has many years of production history,the productivity and quality of motor are closely related to the welding of stator.Shortcomings in stator-fixing and stator-welding method were analyzed,in order to improve the production efficiency and the permeability of silicon steel sheet,an automatic motor stator welding device and its welding technology are designed and proposed in all.
