摘要
对机械自动变速系统的选挂挡过程控制进行研究,应用二次线性最优控制器,对选挂挡机构驱动电机位置进行控制设计,完成控制算法与程序开发。在此基础上,应用相应的试验台架进行换挡过程验证。结果表明,在二次线性最优控制器控制条件下,AMT系统的换挡过程可靠、挡位跟随迅速。
The shift processes of automated manual transmission (AMT) are studied. The quad- ratic optimized controller (QOC) is employed in the position control of the shift driving motor and the corresponding algorithms and programs are developed as well. The shift control processes are validated by rig tests. Rig tests show the shift processes are reliable and shift positions are followed promptly.
