摘要
作为医患关系中重要的一环,患方的态度和行为直接影响着医患关系的和谐发展。医患矛盾受患者心理、患者权利与义务不对等、患者利己行为、患者综合素质以及患者被媒体不客观评价误导等因素影响而造成,因此,缓解医患矛盾、构建和谐医患关系,可以从5方面着手:引导患者调整心态,适应病人角色;加强法律、行政宣传力度,规范患者就医行为;提高患者的综合素质水平;营造客观的舆论氛围;加强医患沟通,让患者拥有更多的选择权。
As the most important part of relationship between doctors and patients, the patient's attitude and behavior will directly affect the relationship whether or not the harmonious. The doctor - patient conflicts are caused by the patients'psychological factor, attribution bias, unequal rights and obligations, self-serving behavior, the patients'quality and the objective evaluation of medical industry etc. Therefore, to alleviate the doctor - patient contradiction and build a harmonious doctor - patient relationship, we can commence several aspects : guide the patients to adjust their attitude and adapt to the patient role ; strengthen the legal and administrative publicity, regulate the behavior of patients ; improve the quality of patients ; construct objective opinion atmosphere and make the patients have more options.
