周围性面神经炎针刺联合药物治疗临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with medicine in treatment of peripheral facial neuritis

目的：研究针刺联合药物治疗周围性面神经炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据.方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2012年1月～2014年1月门诊及住院部收治的周围性面神经炎患者78例的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为研究组和对照组.研究组给予针刺疗法联合常规药物治疗,对照组给予常规药物治疗.比较两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后症状体征分级量化评分.结果：研究组总有效率（97.3%）显著高于对照组（78.0%）（P〈0.05）.治疗后,组内比较,研究组和对照组症状体征量化评分均显著下降（P〈0.01）.治疗后组间比较,研究组症状体征量化评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）.结论：针刺联合药物治疗周围性面神经炎能够显著提高临床疗效,改善症状体征临床表现,值得临床推广.

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of peripheral facialneuritis. Methods： 78 cases with peripheral facial neuritis from January 2012 to 2014 January were selected and divided into a researchgroup and a control group according to treatment methods. Patients in the research group were treated with acupuncture combined withmedicine therapy, while patients in the control group were treated with routine medicine treatment. The clinical efficacy and quantitativescores of symptoms and signs grade before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of theresearch group （97.3%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（78.0%） （P〈0.05）. After treatment, symptoms and signsquantitative score of the research group and the control group were significantly decreased compared before treatment （P〈0.01）. Aftertreatment, the symptoms and signs quantitative score of the research group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of peripheral facial neuritis can apparently improve clinical efficacy, and reliefsymptoms and signs which is worthy of clinical promotion.
